1956 Drama Striptease

"I do not think that any of my three dramas in this triptych would deserve the title of being the nation's '56 drama. But I believe that this volume, with its youthful appearance but serious message, will still leave a mark on the history of Hungarian drama. No such 1956 drama trilogy has yet been created in which the everyday heroes of the street and the people were raised to the same level as the iconic heroes of the past.
